Privacy policy

TrackDemand.ai (the “Service”) is operated by TrackDemand, Inc. We're an independent company and are not affiliated with Reddit, Inc.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email, name, and authentication metadata.

Workspace data. The trackers, keywords, subreddits, notes, and lead pipeline you create inside the product.

Public Reddit content. We index public posts and comments from Reddit so we can match them against your trackers. We do not collect private messages or content from private subreddits.

Usage data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) and product analytics to understand how features are used.

• Operate the product (run your trackers, deliver alerts, render reports).
• Send transactional emails — receipts, security notices, weekly briefs you've subscribed to.
• Improve and debug the service.
• Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace content to train third-party AI models.

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the product: cloud hosting, transactional email, error monitoring, payments, and an LLM provider for AI summaries. A current list is available on request at privacy@trackdemand.ai.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies to keep you logged in and a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate product usage. No third-party advertising trackers.

We retain workspace data while your account is active. If you cancel, we delete account data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain billing records.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@trackdemand.ai. We respond within 30 days.

We'll update this page if the policy changes meaningfully. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
