Terms of service

TrackDemand.ai gives you tools to monitor public Reddit content for demand signals — leads, research themes, and weekly reports. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Don't use the product to spam, harass, or deceive Reddit users.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service.
• Don't use TrackDemand for anything illegal where you live or where we operate.
• Follow Reddit's own content policy and the rules of any subreddit you participate in.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer pro-rata refunds, but we'll always look at edge cases — email billing@trackdemand.ai.

You own the trackers, notes, and lead data you create. We own the product, our trademarks, and the aggregated, anonymized analytics we use to improve the service.

Reddit content shown inside TrackDemand remains the property of its original authors and is subject to Reddit's terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We can't guarantee that every signal will convert, that scoring will always be right, or that the product will be free of bugs. We work hard at all three.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackDemand's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. If the change is material, we'll notify active accounts by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
